THE VINE LIST

Page last updated: 30 April 2008

The Vine List is a new service to our members. It enables us to email our members with the very latest news and updates from the South Western Ambulance UNISON Branch.

If you are on the list you can be the first to know about important Pay updates, Health & Safety Issues, negotiations and much more. In addition, you will be sent your own copy of "The Grapevine", our branch newsletter.

Why do you want my Name?  We require your name as we may wish to confirm your UNISON membership. We also use your name as a reference on the email list, so that you can unsubscribe easily.

Can I un-subscribe? Yes. You may leave the list at any time by typing your name in the Vine List joining form, but instead of entering your email address, just enter the word "unsubscribe" instead.

How many e-mails will I receive? The amount and regularity of email will vary, but we will ensure you are not bombarded ! The Grapevine newsletter is usually published every 3 months, and we email you a copy as soon as it is published. In addition, we will send you mail when we have important news for you, or when very important additions have been made to the branch website.

Will my information be passed on or sold? No. Your name and email address will be held by the branch comms officer and will remain for the sole use of Unison Branch communications. No other organisation will have any access to the list and we will not allow any other persons to send e-mail using our list.

Any other questions?
Get in touch by emailing us.

- Russell Fox, Branch Communications Officer
