Staff Survey Worries

It has become apparent that some members are being deterred from returning their staff surveys as they are concerned their comments can be tracked back by their Trust. This is not correct. This survey is important to help us as a union evidence the concerns you raise with us through the year.

We have assurances that the survey is confidential and independent. The people who have sent the surveys are Quality Health, an external and independent company. They would never divulge information about individual staff. It is against the law to do so. Staff can say what they like without fear of any repercussions.

Quality Health also distribute the reminder letters. These are generated by a bar code system. The reminder letters then distributed to each station / department for sending out.

The Trust has not and will never know individuals who have / have not returned their surveys or the individual comments made within.
