If you have an accident or injury at work please call UNISONdirect on 0845 355 0845 or complete the online accident form.

Your email will be read by UNISON as soon as possible. Please complete the form fully to enable UNISON to deal with your query quickly. We will assess who is best placed to deal with your query. UNISON will either respond by email with the information you require, or you may be contacted by telephone if we need further information.
