Have you had your say on pay ? Unison is urging ALL members
to vote.
If you are a member, PLEASE USE YOUR VOTE. We
do not want a low turnout.
The union will be operating a "ballot helpline" - members
seeking information about the ballot or wishing to request replacement papers
should call 0845 355 0845.
The South Western Ambulance branch of UNISON is recommending rejection of
the latest pay offer. For more details on this,

Considering inflation, what will my actual gains in salary
really be?
The table below shows the estimated
real effects of how your salary could change with the pay offer,
assuming that inflation stays at around 3.7%. It clearly shows that
if the pay offer goes ahead and inflation stays the same or rises
then, in effect, a pay loss is expected on every
single pay band.
