Unison reps in the East of the trust have reported an increase in concerns and problems from members recently, along with reports of generally low morale among colleagues.

 

In response to this, Unison branch officials have decided to urgently hold a day of open meetings for all to attend.

 

 

The meetings will take place on MONDAY 19TH JANUARY at:

 

WEYMOUTH AMBULANCE STATION

Meeting start at 09:00

 

 

POOLE AMBULANCE STATION

Meeting will start at 14:00

 

You don't have to be operational staff at these stations to come along. These are area meetings, and anyone from other workplaces is welcome to attend.

 

Alan Lofthouse (asst Branch Secretary) will be there, along with other unison representatives. At both meetings, they will stay afterwards to speak to those who may be coming and going.

 

We will be encouraging open, frank discussion at the meetings. If you have any issues involving your job, the trust or the union, we urge you to come along if you can and have your say. This is your chance to engage with the union face-to-face on anything that is affecting you.
