ECA report - Final chance to influence – Do it now!!

Staff will have read the bulletin this week which gives details of the ECA online survey. This is the last stage in a long and detailed investigation into the role of the ECA.

Any research is dependant not only on the quality of the research but it is also enhanced by the quantity of the information available to researchers. It is imperative to us all that Fusion, the independent company undertaking the work, has sufficient replies.

Our service was designated the pilot site for ECA’s, as you can imagine the report is eagerly awaited throughout the service nationally. It is hoped that the initial findings will be reported to the National Ambulance Partnership working group in early August.

Both staffside and management are therefore encouraging participation in this online survey, both from the ECA staff themselves, and staff who work with them.
